I like to cook or veg out in front of the tv and watch movies. I also like doing heavy squats, the endorphins make me happy.
Happy New BLOG!!! Oh and Happy New Year! My name is Boogie Beezy and this is my first blog ever. I’ve been trying to start several for quite sometime now but here’s hoping this sticks.
I know it’s already been a week since the new year but it is never too late to start something new. This year I’m resolving to resolve resolving things. haha. That being said… I have many goals that I am going to accomplish this year this blog being one of them, getting fit and healthy, competing in Olympic Weightlifting (well at least make compete in an open this year), garden enough to be self-sustainable or try and grow as much food as possible, and overall be healthy in mind, body, and spirit.
I’m posting these 2 pictures as motivation that I can lift weights and still look good. Although the latter will be in direct correlation to lifting, I still like to be reminded of femininity.
Motivation is a thing that I lack. I have so many things that I want to do and to change but with this defeatist attitude, it’s super hard. This is why one of my goals for this year is be healthy in mind is gonna be a big Big BIG goal for me.
This blog is going to be my bitch OR whatever I want it to be: a journal, a place to vent, a place to showcase my food that I cook, or anything else I want it to be.
